LayerZero, an interoperability protocol for cross-chain asset transfers, has built-in Solana into its community to allow seamless connectivity between Solana and a number of different blockchains.
With this integration, builders can now leverage LayerZero’s unified semantics to deploy purposes natively on Solana or adapt current purposes reminiscent of DeFi protocols, NFTs, video games, and extra.
This simplifies the event course of and facilitates the creation of cross-chain purposes throughout a number of platforms—together with rollups, Layer 1s, Layer 2s, and varied non-EVM chains.
Increasing Cross-Chain Connectivity
LayerZero’s community now hyperlinks Solana with seven main blockchains: Ethereum, Avalanche, Polygon, Arbitrum, BNB Chain, Optimism, and Base with plans to increase Solana’s integration throughout its complete community of over 70 blockchains following ultimate spherical of audits.
This broader integration is predicted to help extra advanced cross-chain transactions and goals to facilitate safe and clear communication.
